PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In architectural and urbanistic terms, we tried to ensure a harmonious integration with the environment and a functional and contemporary beach support, proposing a building developed in two bodies, one, the covered volume of the building itself, and a second one, the discovered volume of the terrace, which are displaced from each other so as to allow an open beach front, reinforcing a clear separation between utility and commercial spaces.

Its longitudinal implementation also seeks to establish a relationship between the building and the the bridge course in the back, releasing the largest possible beach area, being deployed in the place of the existing support building, and in accordance with the provisions of the Integrated Program of Valuation Of the Maritime Front of Sesimbra, already executed.

Its linear volume is only broken by a outgoing central body, which allows, not also, to break the monotony of the back façade by giving it some dynamics, while at the same time guaranteeing a private access, essential to access directly from the walkway to a storage area of the bar, without interfering with the public access zone.
