PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The present project related to the construction of a isolated house, inserted in a very calm zone, being its surroundings characterized also by isolated houses of 2 floors.

The architectural language is characterized by volumes and lines, more contemporary, with a continuous relationship with the garden, through the creation of glazed areas and covered outdoor spaces.

The house program is spread over two floors above the ground floor. The basement, with the use of parking and storage, has direct access to the house by a stairs, properly separated from the remaining basement.

The ground floor of the house includes the most social spaces and services, from the living and dinning room, to the kitchen, and pantry. In order to be more versatile and comfortable, we proposed a room on this floor, thus enabling the use of a complete house for the couple.

On the upper floor there are 3 suites with generous areas, composed by bedroom, dressing area and private bathroom, all of them complete (one with bath and two with shower cubicle) and balconies or outdoor terrace.
